Hi, I’m Emma!

I started Valley View after buying a little piece of my family’s land and dreaming of creating the perfect outdoor dog daycare, somewhere every dog could come, run, play and have the best day ever!

Fast forward to today and that dream has come true. We get to spend our days surrounded by happy dogs, making sure each one goes home tired, content and most importantly happy!

At home, I’ve got my own two troublemakers, Toby who’s been with me since he was 8 weeks old and Heidi, who joined the family in 2022 and quickly stole my husbands heart (and most of Toby’s toys!)

Kirstie joined Valley View in January 2023 and quickly became a huge part of our little family. She started out part-time but now works with us four days a week, keeping both the dogs and the rest of the team in check! She’s very much the ‘mum’ of the group and we would be completely lost without her!

Most days you’ll find her onsite, giving our daycare dogs all the love and attention they could wish for, and you’ll spot her out and about in our trusty van, Freddie.

When she’s not here, Kirstie’s busy at home with her four children and her gorgeous German Shepherd, Sammie.

Charlie joined Valley View in October 2023 and was full-time with us for her first year. Over the past year, she’s been working hard on her driving instructor exams and has now started building her own business in that world. So, if you’re looking for a driving instructor… Charlie’s your woman!

These days, Charlie is with us one day a week, taking Freddie out for Kirstie’s day off and covering holidays when needed. She might not be in daycare as often now, but she’s still a big part of our team!

At home, Charlie has her hands full with five dachshunds, three spaniels, and a few horses! So it’s safe to say she’s never bored!

Savannah first joined us when she was 15 for her work experience and she never left! She’s one of those people who can’t sit still for long! You’ll always find her looking for her next job or finding something that “just needs sorting.” If you need something done, Savannah’s your girl and she always does it with a smile on her face.

Savannah has just joined our little team of house sitters as well!

When she’s not at the daycare, Savannah is busy at college, learning to drive, or in the gym. I was hoping to steal her full-time but she has big plans that involve the other side of the world!

Grace joined the Valley View team in October 2024 and now works with us every day at daycare. She’s our resident photographer! (taking after her Dad!) Almost all of the gorgeous pictures you see on our socials are thanks to her and she has a real knack for capturing each dog’s personality.

She’s fantastic with the dogs and they all love spending time with her. Grace is also one of our house sitters, giving the dogs the comfort of staying in their own home while their owners are away.

At home, she has her hands full with three beautiful Vizslas, so it’s no surprise she’s a natural with the dogs here.

Harmony joined Valley View in January 2025 and has very quickly became a key part of the team. She works full time, five days a week and you’ll see her driving Felix, one of our daycare vans.

She’s recently taken over our social media and has been loving getting stuck in and sharing the daily fun at the daycare! Before she starts her collections each morning, Harmony has already been up bright and early and milked the cows at her local dairy farm…she’s definitely the earliest riser in the team!

When she’s not working, Harmony loves her holidays, the gym, and spending time walking her dog Lulu! Harmony is also one of our trusted house sitters!
